Agreement for using USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM
1. It is prohibited to sell or promote any illegal products in both Japan and America through USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM.If we find that illegal products which include drugs, porn related products, weapons and other illegal products in Japan and America are sold through our services then those accounts will be closed without being given a prior notice.
2. It is not allowed to over exercising USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM service more than its given intended capacity.If the total file size of pictures or database are exceeded way over than 50MB per account or too many people are start accessing its services and affecting its service performances then we may ask to increase its service charge to cover its expenses. If we found that no measure has been taken even after our given notices then those accounts may be closed without being given a next prior notice.
3. If the payment has been delayed more than 3 months then those accounts may be closed without being given a next prior notice.
4. USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM will not take any responsibility from troubles or loss caused by using our services. This includes loss of pictures, files or database due to a server break down.(However, it is really rare to have a server break down with Alentus hosting service and even if it does, Alentus will recover lost data from the previous daily back up .)
5. USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM can stop its services for any given reasons. If USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM have to stop services for any given reasons then we will give a prior notice at least more than 1 month for customers to switch their services.
6. If USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM stop its business then customers can ask USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM to get the rest of money back for the rest of the unused service fee(by date). Other than that money will not be refunded once it has been paid.
7. For those using free cart services need to contact or login to admin page at least once a three month to keep its service. Otherwise, those accounts will be closed without being given a prior notice.
8. If we found that one or more customers' activities are preventing or destructing USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM or other customers from using USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM services then those accounts who are making problems may be closed without being given any prior notices.
9. When an account is closed then all its contents(pictures, database, files) will be erased.
10. USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM can change the content of the "Agreement for using USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM" without giving any prior notices.
Only for those who agree with this "Agreement for using USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM" on this page can keep using the USA-JAPAN-MARKET.COM services.
